I didn't use a picture of billy today but a picture of something that IS a part of him. He tested positive to TB exposure in Nov. when we were signing him up for school. He had to have chest x-ray, clean lungs thank god, so we were left wondering, what next? What next turned out to be a 9 month long antibiotic treatment. Lots and lots of ounces a day, it's torture. What we've learned is, you can put it in cranberry juice and if he's times it gets finished much quicker then if you just say 'drink it, drink it, drink it, drink it', so while this is not a photo of Billy it is a huge part of our daily routine. Not a happy one but after the 9 months he will no longer be susceptible to TB and we'll have the paperwork that will clear him forever from a TB test.
